Today I am partying with Celeste from The Education Highway in honor of her birthday. What better way to celebrate her special day (and the last few days of school!!) than with a Pool Party/Summer theme! We've come together with tons of summer ideas, freebies, sales, and even some awesome giveaways. Sit back, relax, and dive on in to the fun.

Now if you know me at all, you will know that I LOVE the ocean and summertime. Even my classroom has an ocean theme that I shared about here. Thinking about the warm sunshine, sand between my toes, and cool ocean breeze makes me so excited for some time off.

If you spend time at the beach with young ones you probably end up coming home with dozens of "super special" seashells. What are you going to do with all of them? Well, here are a few ways to turn their treasure into something that will keep them learning all summer long. (I'm sorry, the teacher in me has to sneak in learning!)
Another easy idea would be to write sight words on shells to practice reading, or create an uppercase/lowercase letter match up!

For this week only (June 8-14) I will offer my Sequencing Shells product as a freebie! I hope you enjoy it and would love to hear how your little ones did. Click the image below to get your copy.

For other ocean/beach themed ideas be sure to check out my Ocean Pinterest Board.

Still craving that salty air and warm sunshine? Well, I can't totally help in that department but I can offer you some "summer steals".
These Ocean themed products will be on sale until June 14th. Enjoy!

An InLinkz Link-up
This month I am excited to connect with the #2getherwearebetter linky hosted by Lucky Little Learners and Schroeder Shenanigns in 2nd. Our topic will be our home office space. I can't wait to see all of the offices and organization!

Let me start by saying that I currently live in a tiny one bedroom apartment. I dream of craft rooms and organized closets and my own day! For now, I have to get creative.
I am definitely a bedroom planner! I love sprawling out on my bed, surrounded by my notebooks, lesson ideas, and materials. Here is a view of my entire room.
On the shelf under the giraffe picture I have small storage boxes. One holds paints, one has craft supplies, one has computer paper, and one has handmade cards. Crafting and creating are major loves of mine, even when I am not working on my blog or Teachers Pay Teachers store.
Here is my main work center. I love my new printer (HP Officejet Pro 8620). I store all of my different sized papers, folders, and notebooks here. I also have my custom Data Notebook from Zazzle. Best Christmas gift ever...gosh my man knows my inner Data junkie well! I keep track of all of my business expenses, product information/stats, and calendars. Here is a close-up of some of my notebooks and other goodies.
Here is a different view of my work space :)

Lastly, a little reminder to pray more, worry less.
Don't forget to check back next month to see how we are all better when we are together. Also, be sure to follow the links below to see all of the other fabulous office spaces. Thanks for stopping by!
