Pool Party Blog Hop

Today I am partying with Celeste from The Education Highway in honor of her birthday. What better way to celebrate her special day (and the last few days of school!!) than with a Pool Party/Summer theme! We've come together with tons of summer ideas, freebies, sales, and even some awesome giveaways. Sit back, relax, and dive on in to the fun.

Now if you know me at all, you will know that I LOVE the ocean and summertime. Even my classroom has an ocean theme that I shared about here. Thinking about the warm sunshine, sand between my toes, and cool ocean breeze makes me so excited for some time off.

If you spend time at the beach with young ones you probably end up coming home with dozens of "super special" seashells. What are you going to do with all of them? Well, here are a few ways to turn their treasure into something that will keep them learning all summer long. (I'm sorry, the teacher in me has to sneak in learning!)
Another easy idea would be to write sight words on shells to practice reading, or create an uppercase/lowercase letter match up!

For this week only (June 8-14) I will offer my Sequencing Shells product as a freebie! I hope you enjoy it and would love to hear how your little ones did. Click the image below to get your copy.

For other ocean/beach themed ideas be sure to check out my Ocean Pinterest Board.

Still craving that salty air and warm sunshine? Well, I can't totally help in that department but I can offer you some "summer steals".
These Ocean themed products will be on sale until June 14th. Enjoy!
